Rates & TermsJuly & August EUR 600 per week June & September EUR 500 per week Leasing outside these dates is negotiable. Saturday to Saturday only. Arrival not before 5 p.m.; departure no later than 10 a.m. (to allow for cleaning) Lessee must pay for compulsory cleaning service. Lessor will order cleaning on signing of lease agreement. Cleaning costs EUR 40 to be paid to lessor’s representative on arrival at Cotignac. Towels and bed linen including laundering cost EUR 11 per set per week. NB: Not beach towels. Sheet sleeping bags not allowed. Amount to be paid in full to lessor’s representative on arrival. 30% of the rental amount to be paid within one week of signing the lease agreement, the remainder to be paid no later than 2 months before the start of the lease. The lessor is entitled to cancel the contract if the lessee fails to maintain these deadlines.
